# Dividend Flow

## Performance mediated flow

An agent holding exposure to other's stake, will utilize their dividends (a share of the outputs), as inputs for its own economic performance. As a result of the performance, new output tokens can be created and distributed as dividends to the stake holders.

## Passthrough flow

Stake output flows that are not utilized by the agent in the generation of its outputs, will flow as dividends sub-dividends to the stake holding agents.
